Fire breaks out in apartment in Delhi’s Dwarka | Delhi News – Times of India

NEW DELHI: A fire broke out in a residential apartment in Dwarka Sector 10 on Wednesday morning. Four fire brigade quickly arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire.
The Delhi Police received a PCR call regarding the fire in flat no 502 of Pacific Apartment in Dwarka’s Sector 10. The Police and Fire Service Department swiftly responded and successfully put out the fire.
During the incident, two women on the balcony jumped to safety, with one being rescued by firefighters. Unfortunately, the other woman sustained severe injuries and is currently hospitalized in critical condition.
The cause of the fire was determined to be a gas leak.
In another incident on Monday, a massive fire engulfed the Shahbad Dairy area in Delhi’s Rohini. Around 130 huts were destroyed in the fire.
The Delhi Fire Services received the fire call around 10 pm on Sunday and immediately dispatched 15 fire tenders to the site. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries reported.
