Rajkot: A man posing as the personal assistant of a minister Parshottam Solanki was booked by Junagadh police in another case. Rajesh Jadav was arrested for allegedly duping a teacher with the lure to get a government job.
A complaint was registered at Junagadh City C division police station by Niraj Bavaji under IPC sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471. Bavaji alleged that he paid Rs 4.75 lakh to Jadav who posed as Solanki’s PA and promised him a job.
Bavaji, who works in a private school as a teacher, was promised a job in a government school.Jadav also gave him a visiting card with the name of minister Solanki on it.
Jadav had come to Bavaji’s house in October 2021 and asked him if he had passed TET. Thereafter, Bavaji was asked to appear in TET exam again and with his ‘settings’, Jadav promised him the certificate with highest marks. tnn

Over 2.5 lakh candidates expected to appear for Haryana TET on Dec 2, 3
Over 2.52 lakh candidates are expected to appear for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) over the next two days. The test, conducted by the Board of School Education Haryana, is for the recruitment of teachers in government schools. The Level-3 (PGT) examination will be held on December 2 with 76,339 candidates at 260 examination centers. On December 3, the Level-2 (TGT) examination will be conducted with 1,21,574 candidates at 408 examination centers, and the Level-1 (PRT) examination will have 54,115 candidates at 188 examination centers.
