RSS to Form 15-20 Groups in 22K Villages to Distribute ‘Akshat’ | Allahabad News – Times of India

Prayagraj: In a bid to reach out to every Hindu family to distribute Akshat (unbroken rice used in puja), Patrak (invitation) and photo of Ram temple in over 22,000 villages in 17 districts of Kashi Prant between January 1 and 15, the Rastriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has decided to form 15 to 20 groups (toli) at village level.
RSS functionary claimed that work of constituting committees will be done at khand, mandal, ward and block level for the campiagn.
Overall, 55,000 tolis having women and elite class people will be part of the tolis.
The committees would be formed by December 17 and distributing materials would be handed over at nyay panchayat level by December 20.
A senior RSS functionary said: “We have chalked out an elaborate plan to connect with all Hindu families in every village to distribute Akshat, Patrak and photo of Ram temple. For this, senior functionaries have held a series of meetings and decided the role and responsibilities of around 3 lakh volunteers.”
Ahead of the consecration ceremony of temple in Ayodhya on January 22, RSS leadership is holding meeting in all districts of Kashi Prant to discuss the plan.
On Thursday, Akshat Kalash were handed over to karyawah and Sanghchalak of Sultanpur, Kadipur, Amethi and Jagdishpur in an event held at Sultanpur district.

Recitals of kirtan, Sunderkand, and Akhand Ramayan will be organized at prominent temples. The venues for the events are Purushottam Manch, Saryu Manch, Kagbhushundi Manch, and Tulsi Udyan. Renowned artists like Morari Bapu and Anup Jalota have been invited to participate.
Odisha to distribute sample question papers to class 10 students
The Odisha government will distribute sample question papers to class-10 students appearing in the annual High School Certificate Examination 2024. The Directorate of Secondary Education has sent the sample question papers to help students understand the question pattern. District Education Officers are responsible for sharing the sample question papers with all secondary school headmasters and ensuring they reach all students. The government has also instructed officials to prepare multiple sets of question papers and create a digital repository. The timetable for the examination is yet to be announced by the BSE.
